Despite the fact that this is a seemingly very simple skill, even the most experienced fishermen can have trouble mastering it.

When tying fishing knots, it is worth remembering a few basic points. Before tightening the knot, the line should be moistened, and the line should be slightly taut. Do not make sudden movements – knots should be tightened calmly, with slow movements. Also remember that the more knots on the line, the less durable it will be. The most important thing in learning to tie knots is regularity – only in this way can you master to perfection this not easy skill!
